Please read this document carefully before making a booking

The terms and conditions of use of this web site relate to bookings made at hotels operated within the Corallia Beach Hotel ,in our promotion site http://www.coralliabeachhotel.com

Please allow us for July August September at maximum 24 hours from the date of booking for a reservation to be confirm . Minimum stay 7 nights

All offers of accommodation and other services featured on the http://www.coralliabeachhotel.com website are subject to availability and there is a limited allocation of rooms available to all offers. The right is reserved to decline bookings. You cannot combine any special offer, rate or promotion on this web site with any other special offer, rate or promotion offered by CORALLIA HOTEL . No two special offers can be combined on the same booking.


Please note" all studios rooms side sea  view "are with no balcony or terrace !!


Reservations made 72 hrs prior arrival date will not proceed.

Payment
At the time of booking you will be required to pay the full amount in advance, at the same time we issue the Hotel- Check-in Voucher.

CORALLIA BEACH HOTEL. accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, You must check your booking confirmation carefully and check any queries immediately. Please note that your credit card statement will show transactions for your booking against Corallia Beach Hotel

Prices
The prices featured are per room per night. These prices include accommodation in the room type as described all meals as specified, service and VAT (are inclusive no hidden charge).. Minimum length of stay restrictions may apply to certain rates, are 3 nights.

Children's Prices
Up to two children less than 12 years of age ,first child pay 50% when sharing a room with two adults (offer subject to availability of suitable rooms), 2nd child Free, paying only for meals as taken. Also there are a limited number of suitable family rooms available in the hotels and children staying in their own room.
If children staying in a own standard room( not family room) they paying full amount Adjoining room or interconnecting available on request .

Arrival and Departure
Your bedroom will usually be available from 2pm on your specified day of arrival and will be guaranteed for your stay. On your day of departure we would ask that you vacate your room by 12 noon ,otherwise you may be subject to a charge for an additional night's stay.

Amendments
If you wish to make an amendment to your booking, you should immediately contact our Reservation Centre who will do everything they can to accommodate you. No administration charge .

Cancellation

Hotel has the right to decline reservation any time  for any reason  within 24hrs from the reservation !


If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your booking then please contact our Reservation Centre working hrs , and email CORALLIA BEACH HOTEL , on no account should you contact the hotel directly as they will be unable to accept your cancellation.

 All cancellations will incur a charge as follows:

If you cancel your booking

If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, you must advise us. Once we receive your notice of cancellation you should expect to receive a Cancellation Invoice within 14 days. If you do not then please contact us. To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your room/s arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your notification– the more notice you give, the less we will charge.

These charges are based on how many days before your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice. These charges are a percentage of the total cost of your booking.

Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from our office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty.

Insurance
We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks including personal accident and personal public liability.

Parking
 car park  is FREE (while resident).

Leisure
If you are staying in a hotel with a leisure club then this entitles you to membership of that club throughout your stay. A condition of using the facilities is that you must comply with club rules, a copy of which is available from the club reception. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and cannot use the facilities after 6pm except on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday when they can use the pool until 7pm summer time. For a health and safety reasons children under 16 are not permitted to use the gymnasium and children under 12 are not able to use the sauna, spa bath or steam room. At time certain facilities may become unavailable due to maintenance, adverse weather or other reasons out of our control. Hotels will attempt to keep you fully informed of these however this may not always be possible. If any facility is a significant reason for your choice of hotel, you are advised to check in advance. Please note that there may be a small local charge for the use of some facilities.


If you have a problem
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay you must bring it to the attention of the management at the time, to ensure that hotel will solve the problem. If you are not satisfied that the issue has been resolved,
